Which Maya package should I install?

Install only the package that exactly matches the Maya version shown in its filename and installation guide. Do not reuse a package compiled for a different Maya runtime.

Which renderer is supported by LookDev?

The current LookDev Create Lights workflow targets V-Ray for Maya. Any additional renderer support will be listed only after its complete workflow has been validated.

Are product updates included?

Update terms will be stated on the LookDev product page before checkout is enabled.

Can I use a license on more than one computer?

Machine limits and transfer steps will be stated in the final license terms before checkout is enabled. Contact support before purchasing for a multi-seat or studio setup.

Is a free trial available?

A trial is available only when it is explicitly listed on the product page. No trial is currently advertised for LookDev.

What is the refund policy?

The applicable policy will be displayed by the active checkout before payment. Contact support first if a technical or compatibility issue occurs.

What support is available after purchase?

Support covers installation, activation, compatibility and workflow questions. Include the product name, Maya version, renderer version, operating system and any relevant error text.

Can you build a custom plugin for my studio?
